11 Rowers from the McQuaid Jesuit Crew Team will row 340 Miles, the length of the Erie Canal, in 8 Days.
Row For Hope is a Non-Profit Organization that was created by The McQuaid Jesuit Crew Team. The Mission of Row For Hope exemplifies the core values of McQuaid Jesuit: a spirit of empathy – service with and for others; a call to leadership – students are called to be leaders within the school and their communities. The mission of Row For Hope is to raise money for organizations in the Rochester community.
Over the last 7 years Row For Hope has raised over $200,000 for juvenile diabetes, The American Cancer Society, Kelly for Kids, Holy Childhood, and Camp Good Days and Happy Times.
This year Row For Hope is excited to announce the organization they will be rowing for is the House of Mercy. The Row For Hope team has a fundraising goal of $45,000.
